Sprite Salad

1 pkg. lemon jello
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. slivered almonds
6 oz. Sprite
1 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. celery
1 small can pineapple

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add cream cheese and whip until creamy. Add other ingredients and mold. Refrigerate overnight.
