Swiss Chicken Casserole

6 boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 c. herb stuffing mix
1/2 c. milk
6 slices swiss cheese or 6 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 can cream of Chicken soup
1/4 c. margarine

Arrange chicken in a single layer, in a lightly greased baking dish. Top with cheese. Combine soup and milk. Spoon over chicken. Sprinkle stuffing mix on top. Drizzle with melted margarine. Cover and bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.......From the kitchen of Gina Owens Stanley, VA.
