1 c. (8 oz.) sour
1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sliced green onions
1/2 c. finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. jalapeno pepper, minced and seeded
8 to 10 flour tortillas (about 7 in.)
Salsa or picante sauce
Combine the first six ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
Spread on one side of tortillas and roll up tightly. Wrap and
refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Slice into 1 inch pieces.
