Cheese Roll
1 large box of velveeta
cheese
3 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 c. pecans, chopped fine
1 tsp. ground red pepper
1 tsp. paprika
In a large bowl, mix velveeta, cream cheese and garlic together
well. On a piece of wax paper, form 2 - 3 logs. Set aside. In a
separate bowl, mix pecans, ground red pepper and paprika together.
Pour the mixture onto a sheet of wax paper and roll each cheese
