Cheese Ball

2-8 oz. cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
2 Tbsp. onion, diced
2 c. chopped pecans (1 c. inside and 1c. outside)
1/2 Tbsp. salt

Mix all but 1 cup nuts and form into a ball. Roll in nuts. This can be frozen.
